Quintessentials kitchen offers our guests an international culinary experience at breakfast showcasing a selection of delicious North Fork farm to table brunch dishes, marvelous muffins and breads, the freshest fruits and Mediterranean salads. Served al fresco on the garden deck at small tables or in the formal, paneled-ceiling dining room, around 9:45am to give you that “I’m away on vacation feeling”, the scrumptious treats continue in the afternoon –seasonal beverages, oven-warm cookies, cakes and savory morsels. Late night, the cookie jar is always open.

Sylvia credits years of experience learning from amazing cooks like her mother and friends in countries she’s lived in, or visited. Her main focus is inventing dishes featuring local ingredients, including fruits and vegetables from Quintessentials own organic gardens. She’s still working on that cook book you requested.
