3. Heart Tune-up 2014.      Chocolate – a guilty pleasure, mood enhancer. Mmm…the smell and the taste. The compounds in cocoa elevate serotonin and enhance a feeling of well-being, which is why many of us feel so good when we eat chocolate. Cocoa has a rich, intense, and slightly bitter taste in its raw form. It has lots of antioxidants, magnesium, and iron.

Chocolate is beneficial to the skin too. Cocoa contains glycerides, lipids and fats, which plumps up the skin and moisturizes. Used as a body wrap, chocolate detoxifies, firms, tones and moisturizes the skin. Chocolate lovers can revel in the indulgent pleasure of an aromatic chocolate body wrap at Quintessentials Spa this February and take advantage of our month-long Valentine’s offer.
